Realestate Blvd app

Description

I was involved in the development and server-side infrastructure of Blvd.ai, a real estate MVP built to predict the market before the market. The platform aimed to forecast real estate trends using data analytics and predictive modeling.

My Contributions:

  • Developed and maintained backend logic for data processing and market prediction.
  • Set up and managed cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
  • Ensured scalability, performance, and security of the backend services.
  • Collaborated closely with frontend and design teams to integrate the API and deploy updates.

Here are some screenshots and excerpts from the MVP app:

1.Welcome page, login, and create account abilities.

2. Home Page: Displays the initial list of channels and provides the ability to create new ones.

3. Create Channel Page: Allows creating properties within their respective channels.

4. After creating a channel, users can send multiple invitations. When a specific client receives and clicks the invitation link, they are immediately added to that channel.

5. Client Home Page:
Displays a list of channels that belong to the client, with a left-side navigation menu. Includes real-time search functionality and the ability to create new channels.

6. Broker View:
Similar to the client view, displaying a list of channels assigned to the broker.

7. Search History: Both client and broker sides include a search history feature, allowing users to easily revisit their previous searches.

8. Parcel Reservation: Clients can select a specific zone of interest (parcel). Later, if any property is listed in that zone, they will receive a notification.

9. Ability to search for properties based on property type or state/city, integrated with Mapbox. When a zone is selected on the map, all properties in that area are listed below.

10. When a new property is added within the predefined reserved coordinates, the client not only receives a notification but also sees the alert listed in their system timeline.

11. Integrated with the Census Data API, demographics are shown on the Mapbox map. Users can toggle different demographic options using switch buttons displayed on the right side.
